The Back to Basics series is ideal as either a stand-alone workshop or combined. They have been designed to only take an hour to make them ideal for a lunch-break. Just enough information for you to not just remember but to also use. Really use. Ideal for the employer to offer to the workforce as an interesting and cost-effective way of enabling everyone to take more responsibility for the health of their bodies in a really light-hearted but profound way.
The Weekend Workshops will look at matters of a holistic nature. Improve your body and soul. FInd out and understand about entlightenment and all matters spiritual but with a very matter of fact approach. Lentils are optional!
The masterclasses are dedicated exercise classes for a specific aim in mind. There are no set days and times for these classes, they are entirely client-led and can be taken either as a one-to-one or as a group. All you need to do is find 4-6( maybe more) people who can come together at a time and Min will either teach at a desired location or the class can take place at the studio.
